Overall rating I would like to say I was so upset when my on/off switch failed on my Pfaff 1213. I went on the Pfaff web site and was so glad to find the switch. I have had this machine from new and never had a problem. The service was really great . Even with Christmas a few days away I recieved my switch on the 22nd of December 2011.
