This popular foot is used for attaching elastic tape to the garment and the amount of contraction of the elastic tape can be adjusted as required. This foot can also be used for attaching tape to prevent stretching. Instructions for using the foot are included in the package. Note: the video shows another type of elastic foot with the user having to use a screwdriver... this new type elastic foot has a built in thumb screw for adjustment. The video is given as a guide to show the elastic being attached to the fabic.
