Overall rating Having owned a 580 for a couple of weeks now, I wish i had bought one years ago! We have a 9 bedroom guest house and it is ideal - have mastered the knack of using the machine very quickly and even look forward to it now! Whistles through the fitted sheets and duvet covers - all I need to do is make sure the laundry floor is kept clean where I use the machine, just in case the larger sheets drag whilst i am ironing, otherwise its all plain sailing! Our own clothes are done in a trice and pillowslips are too - I have been using a large steam system iron for slips and our clothes and through that was fast, but its nothing like the rotary iron. I have always enjoyed ironing, its just the time spent on my feet was killing me so I went out to a commercial laundry - but their service was rubbish and costs so high we have decided to invest in a rotary ironer. Having researched on the net the Pfaff looked the best and I am very happy with it so far - yes, a lot of money, but well worth it and it will pay for itself in 6 months..
